Spring Flower Brownies

Elevate fudgy brownies with a luscious frosting and marshmallow accents.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • Colored miniature marshmallows
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Follow the instructions on the brownie mix box for a 13x9-inch pan, incorporating water, oil, and eggs. Allow the brownies to cool thoroughly for about 1 hour.
  • Cut the brownies into 24 squares.
  • Create beautiful marshmallow flower garnishes by delicately making 4 to 5 slits halfway through each marshmallow with scissors, then gently opening the slits to shape them into flowers. Adorn the top of each brownie with a flower using a small dollop of frosting. Cut small pieces from green marshmallows for leaves and secure them around the flowers using frosting.
