Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 1 (40 ounce) can cut yams, drained
  • 0.5 cup whole berry cranberry sauce, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine the flour, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon in a bowl, then incorporate the butter until mixture is crumbly.
  • In a large bowl, mix yams and cranberries together. Stir in 1 cup of the flour mixture until combined. Transfer the mixture to an 8-inch square baking dish and sprinkle the remaining flour mixture on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, then sprinkle with marshmallows and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
