Succulent steak and potato foil packets: Family favorite with easy cleanup. Perfectly seasoned with grilled onions, bell peppers.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound Small Yukon Potatoes, halved
  • 1 1/2 pounds Sirloin Steak, cut into bite-sized strips
  • 1 Yellow Onion, sliced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Carrot, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons butter, or as needed
  • steak seasoning, to taste
  • 5 to 6 cloves garlic, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat a charcoal grill for medium-high heat outdoors.
  • Microwave potatoes in a dish until tender with a slight bite, approximately 3 minutes on high heat.
  • Evenly distribute steak, potatoes, onions, red and green bell pepper, and carrots among 4 to 6 foil squares. Top each pack with 1 tablespoon of butter and a hint of fresh garlic before sealing the foil tightly.
  • Position the foil packs over the intense heat of the grill. Grill for 5 minutes. Gently unfold one foil pack to assess the steak's level of doneness.
  • Continue cooking the steak until it reaches your desired doneness, checking every few minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 130 degrees F (54 degrees C) for medium rare.
