Perfectly steamed hard-boiled eggs with easy peeling, made effortlessly using a steaming basket.
Ingredients:
  • 12 eggs, at room temperature
Instructions:
  • Prepare a pot with a steamer insert filled with water just below the bottom of the steamer. Heat the water over medium heat until it is almost boiling. Carefully place the eggs in the steamer insert, cover the pot, and steam for 15 minutes.
  • Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool. Make a small crack on the large end of each egg, return them to the ice water for 20 minutes, then peel.
