Sticky Asian-style meatball bowl recipe

Make a quick and nutritious bowl in 25 minutes for busy nights!
Ingredients:
  • 500g Pork Mince
  • 75g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, lightly whisked
  • 2 x 150g pkts Marketplace Honey Soy Stir Fry infusion paste finishing sauces, separated
  • 36.80 gm vegetable oil
  • 180g dried ramen noodles
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 400g red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, peeled, cut into long matchsticks
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, peeled into ribbons
  • 1 large avocado, stoned, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 250.00 ml mint leaves
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
  • 6.00 gm sesame seeds, toasted
  • Lime halves, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together the mince, breadcrumbs, egg, and 1 MAGGI infusion paste. Season the mixture. Then, roll into 1-tbs sized balls.
  • 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-low heat. 2. Cook the meatballs for 10 minutes, flipping them occasionally, until they are golden brown and fully cooked. 3. Add the rest of the MAGGI infusion paste and the 2 MAGGI finishing sauces. 4. Stir and cook for 1 minute until the mixture is heated through and well blended.
  • Cook the noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes or until tender. Drain and toss with sesame oil in the pan.
  • Portion out the noodle mix, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, avocado, mint, and meatballs into individual serving bowls. Top with a savory drizzle of soy sauce, a sprinkle of sesame seeds, and serve alongside lime halves.
