Quick and lean beef stir-fry cooked in sweet pineapple juice and oyster sauce for a delicious umami kick.
Ingredients:
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 500g lean beef mince
  • 20.00 gm Thai Stir-in Seasoning
  • 250ml (1 cup) pineapple juice
  • 24.40 gm Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
  • 6.40 gm coconut sugar
  • 350g green beans, trimmed, sliced
  • 250.00 ml fresh coriander sprigs
  • 82.50 ml chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 2 long fresh red chillies, thinly sliced
  • Steamed rice, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • Preheat a large frying pan over medium heat and spray with oil. Sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden, then transfer to a plate and set aside. Add beef and stir-fry for 5 minutes until browned.
  • Season to elevate flavors. Stir and cook for 1 minute on medium heat. Introduce pineapple juice, oyster sauce, and sugar. Simmer, frequently stirring, for 10 minutes until the liquid reduces and the mixture transforms into a dark golden sticky texture.
  • Add the beans and sauté for 1-2 minutes until tender crisp. Mix in the coriander and mint. Top with chili and garlic for an extra kick. Enjoy with rice on the side, if desired.
