Quick and delicious Asian stir-fry bursting with bold flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 400g rice
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 500g pork mince
  • 125ml mirin
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 80ml char sui sauce
  • 42.00 gm dark soy sauce
  • 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed, blanched
  • 75g peanuts
  • 1 long red chilli, seeds removed, finely shredded
Instructions:
  • Prepare the rice following the instructions on the package.
  • Heat oil in a wok or large frypan over medium-high heat. Quickly stir-fry garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 5 seconds. Add pork and cook until no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in wine, brown sugar, char siu, and dark soy sauces, mixing well. Toss in broccolini and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Garnish the dish with chopped peanuts and shredded chili before serving alongside rice.
