Whip up a quick and delicious spicy corn stir-fry to give your taste buds a kick!
Ingredients:
  • corn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chilli
  • 1 handful chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons low-salt soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a hot wok or frying pan. Add in 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger, 1 teaspoon of chopped chili, a handful of fresh parsley, and a couple of tablespoons of low-salt soy sauce. Stir-fry the corn kernels to perfection. Experiment with various herbs to customize your dish!
