Irish Half and Half: Pint glass with lager at the bottom, topped with Guinness float.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) bottle lager beer (such as Harp®)
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle Irish stout beer (such as Guinness®)
Instructions:
  • Pour the lager beer equally into 2 tall beer glasses.
  • One at a time, elegantly place a large tablespoon, with the dome side up, about an inch above the lager beer, ensuring the tip of the spoon is pointed slightly downward.
  • Carefully drizzle 1/2 of the stout beer over the tablespoon to create a cascading effect down the side of the glass. Let it sit until 2 separate layers of beer appear, about 3 to 5 seconds. Repeat with the second glass of beer.
