"Boozy Frangelico strawberries elevate this quick dessert."
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 250g punnets fresh strawberries, washed, hulled, halved
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) Frangelico liqueur
  • 45g (1/4 cup) pure icing sugar, sifted
  • 1 x 250g ctn Farmhouse Creme Fraiche
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
Instructions:
  • Combine strawberries, Frangelico, and half of the icing sugar in a bowl. Toss thoroughly and let it sit for 30 minutes to macerate.
  • In a bowl, mix together the creme fraiche, vanilla bean paste, and the rest of the icing sugar.
  • Distribute the strawberries and syrup evenly into serving bowls, then add a dollop of the creme fraiche mixture on top before serving.
