Indulge in exquisite mini pavlovas with zesty lemon-lime sorbet.
Ingredients:
- 250g strawberries, hulled, chopped
- 21.00 gm lime juice
- 2 passionfruit, pulp removed (see note)
- 20.00 gm caster sugar
- 4 pavlova nests
- lemon and lime sorbet, to serve
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together strawberries, lime juice, passionfruit pulp, and caster sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes to enhance the flavors.
- Place the pavlova nests on plates, add a scoop of sorbet on top of each nest, spoon the strawberry mixture over them, and serve.
