Strawberry & banana health shake

Ingredients:
  • 500ml (2 cups) full cream or skim milk, or soy drink, chilled
  • 250g (1 punnet) strawberries, hulled
  • 1 ripe large banana
  • 200g natural yoghurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 40.00 ml wheat germ
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine milk, strawberries, banana, yogurt, eggs, honey, and wheat germ. Blend until smooth.
  • Immediately transfer the mixture into serving glasses or a jug and enjoy!
