Kids make nutritious, homemade breakfast to start the day.
Ingredients:
  • 250g strawberries, hulled, quartered
  • 2 medium bananas, peeled, sliced
  • 2 oranges, peeled, chopped
  • 1 fuji apple, chopped
  • 200g low-fat Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 82.50 ml almond kernels, chopped
Instructions:
  • Mix together the strawberries, banana, orange, and apple in a bowl.
  • Mix velvety yoghurt and golden honey in a separate bowl.
  • Serve the fruit salad in bowls, drizzle with the yogurt mixture, sprinkle almonds on top, and enjoy.
