Ingredients:
  • 1 x 250g punnet strawberries, hulled, washed
  • 2 overripe bananas, coarsely chopped
  • 750ml (3 cups) milk
  • 260g (1 cup) vanilla-flavoured yoghurt
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine half of the strawberries, banana, milk, and yogurt and blend until velvety smooth. Divide the mixture evenly into 3 serving glasses.
  • Continue layering the remaining strawberries, banana, milk, and yogurt. Serve immediately for a delightful treat.
