Strawberry and choc hazelnut quesadillas

Elevate your toastie game with decadent strawberry-chocolate treats on your sandwich press.
Ingredients:
  • 8 mini flour tortillas
  • 82.50 ml chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 250g strawberries, hulled, sliced
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • Icing sugar mixture, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 160°C/140°C fan-forced, and line a large baking tray with baking paper. Then, preheat a sandwich press.
  • Evenly spread a luscious 2 teaspoons of hazelnut spread onto each tortilla. Enhance 4 of them with slices of sweet strawberry and creamy banana, then gently layer with the remaining tortillas.
  • Lay 2 tortilla stacks in a sandwich press and cook until golden and heated through, for about 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a prepared tray, keep warm in the oven, and repeat with the remaining stacks. Dust with sugar before serving.
