Ingredients:
  • 100g pkt strawberry flavoured jelly crystals
  • 6 jam rollettes, cut into 3
  • 250g strawberries, washed, hulled, halved
  • 40.00 ml marsala or sherry
  • 250ml cream
  • 375ml custard
Instructions:
  • Put the jelly crystals in a heatproof bowl. Add 250ml boiling water and stir until the crystals dissolve. Mix in 20ml cold water, then chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours until set.
  • Divide the jelly evenly into 6 x 1 1/4 cup glasses. Layer with half of the strawberries, followed by the sliced rollettes. Finish by drizzling with the marsala or sherry.
  • Drizzle the cream and custard over the mixture. Sprinkle the remaining strawberries on top, then refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before enjoying.
