Ingredients:
  • 100g strawberries, washed, hulled, halved
  • 18 drops Angostura Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 x 750ml btl sparkling rose, chilled
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine the strawberries and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the strawberry puree into each serving glass. Drizzle 3 drops of bitters into each glass. Garnish with rose before serving.
