Strawberry Punch

Sparkling ginger ale gets extra zing from frozen orange juice and pink lemonade concentrates in this refreshing strawberry punch.
Ingredients:
  • 1 quart water, or as needed
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen sliced strawberries, divided
  • 2 (2 liter) bottles ginger ale
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (10 ounce) can frozen strawberry daiquiri mix (such as Bacardi®), thawed
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Instructions:
  • In a square container, mix water with 1 package of strawberries. Freeze until solid, for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Combine delightful flavors of ginger ale, pink lemonade concentrate, daiquiri mix, orange juice concentrate, and a package of sliced strawberries in a punch bowl.
  • Rinse the outside of the container with the frozen strawberry-water mixture under hot water to thaw the ice block. Float the block in the punch.
