Create two decadent s'mores desserts that will leave everyone wanting more!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 10 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2/3 cup whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
  • 8 whole strawberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix all crust ingredients in a small bowl until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom or 9-inch pie pan. If using a tart pan, place it on a cookie sheet for easier handling. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F. Allow to cool.
  • In a medium saucepan, gently warm the whipping cream until small bubbles start forming around the edges. Remove from heat, then add the chocolate and stir until completely melted. Continue to cook over low heat while stirring constantly until all the chocolate is fully melted. Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes or until just warm.
  • Layer sliced strawberries in a single layer on the crust and generously drizzle the melted chocolate mixture over them.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the marshmallow creme on MEDIUM for 30 seconds until softened. Stir until smooth. Spoon it over the chocolate layer and swirl together with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  • Place 8 strawberries around the edge of the tart, ensuring even distribution. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
