Creamy smoothie bowl with banana, strawberry, hemp protein base, topped with crunchy coconut and almonds.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk
  • 1/4 cup sweetened or unsweetened coconut chips
  • 3 bananas - peeled
  • 1 cup strawberries - hulled and halved
  • 1 tablespoon powdered hemp protein
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Arrange coconut chips on the baking sheet evenly. Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, monitoring closely. Quickly transfer the toasted coconut chips to a small bowl to prevent further toasting.
  • Blend bananas, strawberries, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk, and hemp protein until smooth. If needed, add a splash of Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk to achieve the desired consistency. Pour into a bowl and garnish with toasted coconut and sliced almonds.
