Mouthwatering holiday strawberry bread - a crowd favorite, easy to make, moist, bursting with fresh strawberry flavor. Must-try for any celebration!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1.25 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries, thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a cozy 350°F (175°C) while you generously grease and flour two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
  • Combine flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix oil and eggs, then add strawberries, including the juice. Combine well. Create a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the strawberry mixture. Stir until fully combined. Transfer batter to prepared pans.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for one hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool briefly before taking it out of the pans.
