Delicious strawberry spinach salad with feta, sweet onion, bacon, and raspberry vinaigrette.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag baby spinach leaves
  • 1 quart fresh strawberries
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 small sweet onion (such as Vidalia®), sliced
  • 1 (2 ounce) package bacon bits
  • 0.5 (16 ounce) bottle reduced-fat raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing (such as Kraft® Raspberry Vinaigrette Lite)
Instructions:
  • In a large salad bowl, combine spinach, sliced strawberries, feta cheese, onion, and bacon bits. Drizzle raspberry dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
