Exciting and untested recipe from a community member.
Ingredients:
  • 250g butter
  • 1 packet plain sweet biscuits
  • 2 packets strawberry jelly crystals, dissolved in 125 ml hot water
  • 500ml strawberry yoghurt (with fruit)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
  • Pulse the biscuits in a food processor until they resemble bread crumbs.
  • Combine the melted butter with the mixture and firmly press it into a 20x30 cm rectangular dish. Chill the prepared crust in the fridge.
  • Combine the condensed milk, strawberry yogurt, and dissolved jelly in a bowl, mixing gently by hand.
  • Spread the mixture over the crust and chill in the refrigerator for approximately an hour.
  • Slice into delectable portions and savor every bite!
