Indulge in boozy strawberry-banana daiquiri ice pops for a grown-up twist on a summer favorite. Perfect for BBQs or a post-dinner cool down.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup strawberry nectar (such as Jumex®)
  • 2 bananas, chopped
  • 1 fluid ounce rum
  • 2 large strawberries, cut into 12 slices
Instructions:
  • In a blender, blend strawberry nectar, bananas, and rum until smooth. Mix in strawberries.
  • Pour the mixture equally into individual ice pop molds. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Briefly rinse the molds under cold water for 10 to 15 seconds to easily remove the pops.
