Homemade year-round pumpkin spice coffee creamer recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups half-and-half
  • 0.25 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar substitute (such as Swerve®)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free pumpkin flavored syrup (such as Torani®)
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, mix half-and-half, pumpkin, brown sugar substitute, syrup, and pumpkin spice. Stir constantly over medium heat until warmed through, about 6 to 7 minutes. Avoid boiling.
