Vibrant fruit salsa - the perfect refreshing dish for summer gatherings!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 0.75 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 0.75 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 0.75 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 0.75 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium nectarine, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
  • Mix together tomatoes, mango, bell peppers, onion, strawberries, kiwi, and nectarine in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, orange juice, salt, and pepper, and toss to combine. Gently fold in cilantro.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
