Creamy Garlic Onion Pork Chops: Succulent pork chops cooked in a rich cream of chicken soup with onions and garlic for a simple and comforting meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté onions and garlic in oil until translucent. Brown pork chops for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, stirring frequently to prevent burning the aromatics.
  • In a separate bowl, combine condensed soup and broth, then pour over browned chops. Stir well to incorporate onions and garlic and deglaze the skillet. Simmer gently for 10 to 15 minutes, occasionally turning the chops until fully cooked. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature of the chops reaches at least 145°F (63°C).
  • Season generously with flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper before presenting it to your eager guests.
