Quick homemade pasta using just a rolling pin, perfect for any last-minute meal needs.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large handfuls of plain flour plus extra for dusting
Instructions:
  • Place the flour in a bowl and slowly incorporate enough water until a ball of dough forms (add extra flour if sticky). Knead the dough until smooth and shiny. Roll out the pasta on a floured surface to about 2mm thickness. Dust with flour, then gently roll it up. Use a sharp knife to cut it into ½cm slices and separate the strands with your hands. Cook in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, then drain and mix with your preferred sauce.
