Roasted Brussels sprouts coated in Thai chili sauce and soy glaze for a tangy, spicy twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1.75 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or more as needed
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder, or more to taste
  • 1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.25 cup Thai sweet chile sauce
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Place the oven rack on the highest position and preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Arrange Brussels sprouts cut-side down on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Roast on the top shelf in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15-17 minutes.
  • Combine sweet chili sauce and soy sauce in a bowl. Brush the sauce onto Brussels sprouts and roast until the glaze is hot and bubbly, about 5 to 7 minutes.
