Ingredients:
  • 4 slices wholegrain bread
  • 125g can red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • 33.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 62.50 ml reduced-fat grated tasty cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the jaffle maker. Layer beans, tomato, sauce, and cheese on 2 slices of bread. Top with the remaining bread and place in the jaffle maker.
  • Toast until golden and cheese is gooey. Serve hot.
