Asian-style watercress salad

Toss watercress and bean sprouts in zesty Asian dressing for a delicious side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 12.00 gm sesame seeds
  • 24.40 gm fish sauce
  • 21.00 gm fresh lime juice
  • 22.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 40.00 ml finely shredded fresh mint
  • 1 x 100g pkt baby watercress salad mix
  • 1 carrot, peeled, cut into matchsticks
  • 65g (1 cup) bean sprouts
Instructions:
  • Toast sesame seeds in a frying pan over medium heat, tossing occasionally, for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Combine fish sauce, lime juice, sweet chili sauce, and ginger in a bowl. Mix in the mint until well combined.
  • Combine the salad mix, carrot, and bean sprouts in a large serving bowl. Drizzle with dressing and gently toss. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve right away with chicken & mushroom pilaf.
