Ingredients:
  • 500g packet fresh hokkien noodles
  • 36.80 gm vegetable oil
  • 500g lamb stir-fry strips
  • 3 green onions, sliced diagonally
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 400g bag fresh Asian stir-fry vegetables (see note)
  • 62.50 ml kecap manis
  • 41.60 gm tomato sauce
Instructions:
  • Place noodles in a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to stand for 5 minutes, then stir gently to separate the noodles. Finally, drain the noodles.
  • Preheat a wok over high heat until hot. Add 2 teaspoons of oil and swirl to coat the wok. Stir-fry half of the lamb for 1 minute until seared, then transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining lamb. Add the rest of the oil to the wok, then toss in the green onions and garlic, cooking for 1 minute. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes until tender.
  • In a jug, mix together kecap manis and tomato sauce. Pour the sauce mixture and noodles into the wok. Add the lamb back to the wok. Stir-fry for 1 minute until everything is heated through. Serve and enjoy!
