Sweet potato 'toasts' with sweet chilli cream cheese

"Layer sweet potato rounds with zesty sweet chili cream cheese for a crowd-pleasing appetizer."
Ingredients:
  • 1.3 kg sweet potato, peeled, cut into 1.5cm rounds
  • 27.30 gm olive oil
  • 250g Original Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 44.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 230C/210C fan-forced and line 2 large oven trays with baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine sweet potato with oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
  • Spread out the sweet potato wedges on the prepared trays. Roast for 30 minutes, swapping and flipping halfway through. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
  • In a serving bowl, layer half of the cream cheese followed by 1 tablespoon of sauce. Top with the rest of the cream cheese and sauce.
  • Serve the wedges with dollops of creamy sweet chili cream cheese on top.
