Taco Night Chicken Fingers

Spice up crispy chicken fingers with versatile taco seasoning mix and Bisquick®, served with two creamy dips.
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup from 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup thick & chunky salsa
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Combine Bisquick mix and taco seasoning in a convenient gallon-sized resealable bag. Dip half of the chicken strips in egg, then transfer to the bag and shake to coat evenly. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining chicken strips. Lastly, drizzle melted butter over the chicken before baking.
  • Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until cooked through.
  • In individual small bowls, blend the Creamy Green Chile Dipping Sauce and Salsa Sour Cream Dipping Sauce until smooth. Serve alongside chicken fingers.
