Create a savory taco beef and cheese dip with a hint of beer, perfect for dipping tortilla chips.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter
  • 1.5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Brown and crumble the beef in the skillet for 5 to 7 minutes; discard grease. 3. Coat the ground beef with taco seasoning.
  • Bring the beer to a gentle boil in a small saucepan.
  • In a large saucepan, melt butter until fragrant. Whisk in flour and cook until golden, about 5 minutes. Gradually pour in beer, then add Mexican cheese blend and white Cheddar gradually, stirring until melted. Fold in beef until well combined.
