Spicy sausage queso dip with jalapenos, tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapeno peppers
  • 1 pound ground hot Italian sausage
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Mix the Cheddar cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and jalapeno peppers in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Transfer the mixture to an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until melted.
  • Brown and crumble the sausage in a hot skillet, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove excess grease.
  • Stir in the cooked sausage, lime juice, and taco seasoning into the velvety cheese blend. Serve promptly or keep warm in a mini slow cooker.
