- 1 pound VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 (10 ounce) can RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, undrained
- 0.5 pound breakfast pork sausage, cooked, drained
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Combine the Velveeta, Ro-Tel, and cooked pork sausage in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir well and continue microwaving until the Velveeta is silky smooth, for about 2 more minutes. Store any remaining dip in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave before enjoying.
