Spicy beef and bean taco salad with French dressing, lettuce, salsa, cheese, and tortilla chips - quick, easy, and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle French dressing
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) package tortilla chips
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup prepared salsa
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown and crumble ground beef for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain grease. Add chili beans, French-style dressing, and seasoning mix. Fill the dressing bottle 2/3 full with water and pour into the skillet. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Crush the bag of chips and toss the crushed chips into a large bowl. Open the bag before pouring.
  • Combine cheese, tomatoes, and meat mixture in a bowl; mix thoroughly.
  • In a bowl, layer lettuce with meat mixture, salsa, and sour cream. Serve warm and savor every bite!
