Upgrade your cocktail hour with a tangy twist - whiskey sour with tamarind concentrate and maple whiskey.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups ice, divided
  • 2 fluid ounces maple whiskey (such as Crown Royal Maple®)
  • 1 fluid ounce tamarind nectar frozen concentrate (such as Goya®)
  • 1 fluid ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions:
  • In a shaker, mix together 1 cup of ice, whiskey, tamarind concentrate, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously until the shaker is frosty, for approximately 30 seconds.
  • Fill a rocks glass with the remaining ice and strain the cocktail over it. Serve right away.
