Whip up a quick and delicious Indian-inspired meal with fragrant basmati rice and flavorful tandoori chicken.
Ingredients:
  • 400.00 gm Basmati Rice (cooked)
  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, cut into large cubes
  • 49.60 gm tandoori paste
  • 1 tsp ginger, chopped
  • 80.00 ml yoghurt, plain and thick
  • 36.80 gm vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Combine the tandoori paste, ginger, and yogurt in a bowl, and thoroughly mix them together.
  • Toss in the chicken, mix well, and let it soak up the flavors for a bit.
  • Barbecue or grill the chicken over low to medium heat.
  • Present the dish on a fluffy bed of aromatic rice and accompany it with your preferred selection of Indian pickles.
