Try these tasty tandoori chicken flatbreads for a fun weeknight meal the whole family will love!
Ingredients:
  • 200g pkt Tandoori Marinade
  • 190g yoghurt
  • 500g Australian Chicken Thigh Fillets, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 200g hommus
  • 400g cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
  • 2 x 250g pkts Plain Naan
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 60g pkt Baby Spinach
  • 125.00 ml coriander sprigs
  • lemon, wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat grill on high and line a baking tray with foil. In a glass or ceramic dish, mix marinade with half of the yogurt. Add chicken and coat evenly. Let it sit for 15 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  • Blend hummus and beans together in a blender until creamy.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly on the lined tray. Grill for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  • Warm the bread according to the package instructions, then transfer it onto a serving platter. Spread it generously with the flavorful hummus mixture. Layer on the seasoned chicken, onion, fresh spinach, and fragrant coriander. Serve with the remaining creamy yogurt for a delightful meal.
