Tandoori chicken

Try this flavorful tandoori chicken for a crowd-pleasing dinner.
Ingredients:
250.00 ml plain yoghurt (thick)
1garlicclove, crushed
2cm piece ginger, peeled, grated
21.00 gm lemon juice
18.20 gm olive oil
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
6chicken thigh fillets, trimmed
Brown rice, cooked, to serve
Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
In a large ceramic bowl, mix together yoghurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, oil, spices, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Make 2 slits on the top of each chicken thigh without cutting all the way through. Add chicken to the yoghurt mixture, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Grease and line a large baking dish, then roast the chicken for 30 minutes or until fully cooked. Serve with rice and a squeeze of lemon.
