Flavorful tandoori lamb kebabs, perfect for any meal with a burst of spices.
Ingredients:
  • 300g lamb mince
  • 2cm piece ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2.50 gm ground cumin
  • 49.60 gm tandoori curry paste
  • 82.50 ml plain yoghurt
  • olive oil cooking spray
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, combine mince, ginger, garlic, cumin, and a pinch of salt using your hands. Shape into eight 10cm-long sausages and thread onto skewers. Transfer to a large ceramic dish for cooking.
  • Mix the flavorful tandoori paste with creamy yogurt in a bowl. Drizzle over the skewers, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight for maximum flavor infusion.
  • Preheat a barbecue plate or chargrill over medium-high heat and lightly spray with oil. Grill kebabs for 6 minutes on each side until cooked through. Transfer to a plate, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve with raita.
