Ingredients:
  • 500g lamb mince
  • 187.50 ml fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 24.80 gm tandoori paste
  • 40.00 ml fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 36.80 gm vegetable oil
  • Fresh mint leaves, to serve
  • 375.00 ml plain Greek-style yoghurt
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 40.00 ml fresh mint, finely shredded
Instructions:
  • Combine mince, breadcrumbs, egg, tandoori paste, and coriander in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly, and roll into tablespoon-sized balls.
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat oil. Cook meatballs in batches, turning occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and drain on paper towel.
  • Prepare the Minted Yoghurt by combining yoghurt, lemon juice, and mint in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly, and serve with the meatballs garnished with fresh mint leaves.
