Decadent chocolate, coconut, and pecan pie. Indulge in small, irresistible slices.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 0.75 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.5 cup flaked coconut
  • 0.25 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Pour warm melted butter over chocolate chips in a large bowl and stir until smooth. Mix flour, brown sugar, and white sugar together, then incorporate them into the chocolate mixture. Add eggs and vanilla, and fold in pecans, coconut, and more chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into a pie crust.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes until the top is set with a slight crack. For the best results, slightly underbake the pie.
