Elevate tuna steaks with a zesty tarragon marinade.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1.5 pounds fresh tuna steaks
Instructions:
  • Whisk olive oil, garlic, tarragon vinegar, dried tarragon, and pepper in a bowl. Add tuna steaks to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill on high heat and brush the grate lightly with oil.
  • Grill the tuna steaks for 8 to 10 minutes on each side until they easily flake apart and are opaque in the middle.
