Transform white fish with Chef John's savory tarragon-walnut brown butter sauce for a gourmet experience!
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until it turns a light-tan, nutty color and becomes fragrant, stirring occasionally for 6 to 10 minutes.
  • Combine walnuts with butter, sauté until fragrant for about 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice, remove skillet from heat, then mix in tarragon, and season with salt and black pepper.
