Indulge in a fruity trio of cherries, raspberries, and cranberries topped with a warm, cinnamon-infused oatmeal crust.
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) tart red cherries, drained, reserving juice
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, cut into pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease an 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with shortening, ensuring the bottom and sides are well coated.
  • In a 3-quart saucepan, combine cherry juice, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Add cherries, raspberries, and cranberries, then transfer to a baking dish.
  • Combine all topping ingredients in a medium bowl until crumbly, then sprinkle over the fruit mixture.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping turns a golden brown color and the fruit mixture is bubbly.
