Tastiest Turkey Meatloaf

Healthier twist on classic meatloaf: Turkey replaces beef for a lighter dish, yogurt keeps it moist for flavor without as much fat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 lb ground turkey breast
  • 1 container (6 oz) Greek Fat Free plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup Progresso™ Italian style bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine all meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer mixture into an ungreased 8x4- or 9x5-inch loaf pan, or shape into a 9x5-inch loaf in an ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
  • Combine the topping ingredients in a small bowl and generously spread over the top.
  • Bake uncovered for 1 to 1 hour 10 minutes until meat thermometer reads 170°F when inserted in center of loaf. Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then drain and remove from pan.
