Delicious teriyaki chicken noodles ready in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 6 Chicken Thigh Fillets, thinly sliced
  • 1 red birdseye chilli (optional), seeded, finely chopped
  • 185ml teriyaki marinade
  • 180g ramen noodles
  • 200g snow peas, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, peeled, cut into long matchsticks
  • 125.00 ml coriander leaves
Instructions:
  • In a hot wok, sear half of the chicken in half of the oil until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a bowl and repeat with the remaining chicken. If desired, add the chili to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Return all the chicken to the wok, pour in the teriyaki sauce, bring to a boil, and simmer for 1-2 mins until heated through. Remove from heat and enjoy!
  • Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Add snow peas in the last 30 seconds of cooking. Rinse with cold water, drain well, and transfer to a large bowl. Mix in the carrot and remaining oil. Toss to combine.
  • Serve the noodle mixture on individual plates, top with chicken, and garnish with fresh coriander. Finish by drizzling with pan juices before serving.
